DH迟迟不给开通，还要寄传真，怎么回事？

Hello,


After the implementation of a new fraud detection system, some new users
signing up will be required to fax a Credit Card Authorization Form, you
have been tags to send this authorization form.


I know this is an inconvenience, however it is required by our merchant's
account.  If we do not comply with their systems and methods, we can lose
our account, which would prevent us from the ability to even accept
credit cards.

You must print out this form, and send it either by facsimile ( fax ), or
postal mail.  We cannot accept forms which are scanned and sent as
images, or PDF forms.  There are no exceptions to this.

That mailbox is checked approximately once per week.  International
orders may take six to eight weeks to be processed, as it can take a
considerable amount of time for mail from other countries to make it to
the United States.


You can also send it by fax to 1-714-990-2600, please consult your phone
company for the United States telephone prefix, and replace the number
with [prefix]-714-990-2600 for international orders.


Again, I am sorry for this inconvenience, once this step has been
completed your account will be approved within 2 business days of
receiving the form.

i live in a very small city,and it is hard for me to send a fax,can you active my host as soon as possible? i already pay for it

Hello,


I'm sorry, however the fax is required by our Merchant's Account, as any
type of web-service gets a great amount of fraud, this is the only way
that we can mitigate that fraud.  We cannot accept emailed forms.  :(


You are free to send the form by postal mail if you do not wish to fax
it, however be aware that it may take between two and three weeks
depending on where you live for the mail to be received.


Please accept my apologizes for this inconvenience, but it is the only
way we can keep out merchant's account, and thus keep giving great
hosting servers.

没明白你什么意思。买Dreamhost的主机都要用信用卡。。。
